Coming up…

Okay, people of the Internet, it is time!

Yeah, that didn’t sounds great in my head either, but I went with it anyway because I don’t have a better opening line right now, and I’ve been putting this blog post off for too long. A bad first line is just an excuse. I’ve been doing that with my fiction writing as well, but no more. From now on it’s less censure on my blog and less editing while writing. That’s the new rule, which I just made up, because instincts are to be followed, right? 🙂

OK, now onto the task at hand. I probably won’t have time to do a proper travel post today – and I really should’ve done it yesterday – but there’s no day like today and there’s no light like the spotlight, so here I am. This is the introduction to my next “adventure” – Yoanna Goes State Side! :))))

This series is overdue by a whole year and I am really sorry if I’ve let someone out there hanging, but I will make it up by putting extra photos and extra details in posts that I will write as beautifully and entertainingly as possible. Since I’ve actually already introduced this trip, I won’t do that again; instead, I’ll tell you that I’ll be kicking off this blogging season next week with a post about the city – NYC, baby! 😉

Have an awesome weekend, everybody!

xx, Y.

About Yoanna Novakova

Yoanna is a reader, writer, traveller, concert goer, hiker, drinker, thinker and, of late... a blogger. She's currently doing a lot of travel writing (obviously), but fiction, fantasy and life-writing all have a representative in her portfolio. A reader of varied tastes, she's even been called "strange" for enjoying Stephen King and Terry Pratchett alike. In her pre-teen years, she used to be the kid who'd re-read her favourite books over and over again. Now she knows life is just too short for that. Always reading more than one book at a time, always writing more than one project at a time, she is yet to find her perfect pace. But she's working on it!
